Marathon provides a family of CAN interfaces for PCs. Besides CAN-USB interface for mobile applications, a collection of plug-in boards with different interfaces is supplied.

Marathon CAN-USB

Marathon CAN-USB interface for USB ports is based on ARM7 micro-controller. Two CAN controllers with galvanic isolation are supported.

Marathon PCI

Marathon PCI is a passive CAN interface board for PCI slots. Two SJA1000 CAN controllers with galvanic isolation are implemented.

Marathon PCIe

Marathon PCIe is a passive CAN interface board for PCI Express single-line (x1) slots. Two SJA1000 CAN controllers with galvanic isolation are supported.

Marathon PC104

Marathon PC104 is a passive CAN interface for PC/104 controllers, designed for industrial automation and mobile applications. Two SJA1000 CAN controllers with galvanic isolation are supported. The interface operating temperature is −40 °C to +85 °C

The tool kit is available at no cost for any Marathon interface device. Linux driver includes source code for C/C++.

Dedicated software tools

CANopen Testing Interface (COTI) is available for CAN-PCI, CAN-PCIe and CAN-USB interfaces.
